- The formulation (Sulfosulfuron 75% WG) is a new generation broad-spectrum herbicide.
- Leader effectively controls the narrow leaf weeds like Phalaris minor (Mandusi/Guli danda) and broad leaf weeds like Chenopodium (Bathua), Melilotus (Sainji).
- Leader inhibits the synthesis of amino acids and stops the metabolic process. As a result, the weeds dry up and ultimately die.

- Use only the recommended dosage of leader.
- Ensure proper coverage of the crop.
- Leader should only be applied through liquid spray. Do not broad-cast.
- Do not use a mist blower (power spray).
- Dicot crops like mustard, gram, etc. should not be grown as intercrop in wheat.
